Review: Covergirl Liquiline blast eyeliner pencils
#makeupmonday
Theses liners have been getting quite a lot of hype since CG released them a few months ago; they are being compared to some makeup heavy hitters like Urban Decay, and MUFE (Make up For Ever). According to Covergirl ” you’ll get the intensity and staying power of a liquid with the ease and blendability of a waterproof pencil.” The liners are available in six shades: Black Fire, Brown Blaze, Silver Spark, Violet Voltage, Blue Boom, and Green Glow. Each pencil also comes equipped with an attached smudger at the opposite end so that you can control the intensity. All this priced around $8/ea and often BOGO at most drugstores. So, does it live up to the hype?
In my opinion, YES! Run to your local drugstore (when they’re having a BOGO of course) and pick these up. I decided to purchase blue bloom and green glow. Blue boom is by far my favorite, but both colors were intense and lasted all day. I’m going back to get the black one during the next BOGO sale. Bravo to covergirl for making it back on my list of must have drugstore items, now if only there were more colors. My vote is for fuschia and turquoise.

This look is perfect for blue boom!
See why they need a turquoise? BTW, do you see the orange nails? Hot for Fall
I know this is a Maybelline ad, but technique knows no brand!
What do you think of CG’s Liquiline blast shadows?
