Looks like Whitney Port is having one of those days.
The City star was spotted this weekend shopping in NYC. I don’t know what to say about her audacity of an outfit, other than I hate it. She wore a semi sheer black tank (is semi sheer an oxymoron? I mean it’s either sheer or it isn’t right?); which by the way, was tied up in a knot. I know a lot of things I did as a kid are coming back in style (80′s baby!!!!) but I missed that one. If she would have tied that up with a scruncii I would have DIED! To top it off she paired it with a pair of plaid shorts and studded flats with coordinating studded I can carry my life and yours in it bag.
