Celebrity Stylist June Ambrose helps you get your closet Spring Ready
I absolutely adore June Ambrose. In this video she gives a few tips on what to store and save from your Fall-Winter wardrobe, as well as shows us some transitional items. In case you are at work (and shouldn’t be watching vids), here’s a quick recap:
- Store your furs in a fur storage vault. If you can afford real furs you should take proper care of them.
- When trying to determine what items are transitional, keep in mind the fabric, weight and color of the garment.
- Just because an item is sleeveless, doesn’t mean you can put it on with sandals and make it Spring appropriate. In the words of June ” That is not the answer”
- DON’T WEAR YOUR UGGS WITH A SUNDRESS. “Leave it where it aught to be!”
- Silks can Stay.
- You can’t go wrong with a cardigan. Great transitional piece.
- Pony and suede ankle boots get stored. Suede pumps can stay until June (preferably in a light spring color)
- Girls should frolic around in their sundresses and guys in their light underwear :p
