Happy New Year & Letter from Cynthia
Hello Everyone! can you believe it’s a new year! A brand spankin’, shiny new year. What excites me most about the new year, is the sense of a fresh beginning, an untouched clean blank slate to glam and mess up as only I can. Which coincidentally is what I love about fashion. Every season, day and designer is new beginning to be explored. A blank slate to glam or mess up as you please, over and over again.
I hope you all had a very good 2009 and that 2010 will be full of happiness, success, laughter and Style. I am notorious for setting goals for myself. I guess during this time of year they are called resolutions, but for me it is not just for the new year. I am a constant work in progress and my goals/ resolutions change, disappear, and evolve quite often. So, this year I have only one goal, and that is to improve. There’s always room for improvement in everything we do, and my goal is to improve every aspect of my life.
I won’t bore you with all the aspects of my life, but I will fill you in on a few improvements I have planned for the site.
New Site Content/Features that includes:
- Work in Progress Wednesdays. Post that are dedicated to improving our overall well being.
- How to wear the trend. Post that take one trend and applies it to a multitude of body types and style preferences
- DIY – projects.
- Make up Monday’s. In 09 I met some really talented make up artists, and learned a lot that I want to share
- Videos/Podcasts/ and or Live blogging – Don’t hold me to this one, I am camera shy but I’m working on it.
That does it for now.

When I originally commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get several e-mails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove me from that service? Bless you!
With havin so much content do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright infringement? My website has a lot of completely unique content I’ve either written myself or outsourced but it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my agreement. Do you know any ways to help reduce content from being ripped off? I’d certainly appreciate it.
