		<description>This is NO help for me! I am 5&#039;5 and my torso is 3 inch longer than my legs, but I am very short waisted! My hips are so high that my waist hits right below my breasts (which are proportionally big too, making my waist even shorter). 

I can&#039;t find ANY advice for my body shape: 
 - short legs(31&#039;)
 - long torso(34&#039;) 
 - short waist
 - measurements: 35-25.5-36

Any help?</description>
