So here is my first under $20 purchase for August’s challenge. I found this dress at Target in the clearance section for $12.49. Yes, For Real! They don’t have it marked down on the site yet, but for a better view, here’s the link. I still have 7.50 left for the week, we’ll see what else I can find (maybe some earrings?)
